Bonus & Promotions Policy

The guidelines for our promotions are laid out in this Policy. This should be read in conjunction with our Rules & Regulations, Policy on Responsible Gambling, Policy on Payments, Policy on Cookies, and any Terms shown with a promotion. This Policy applies unless there is a disagreement with the Promotion-specific Terms, which govern that offer.

1) Plain‑language definitions

Bonus funds — Promotional credit that cannot be withdrawn until the attached conditions are met.
Cash funds — Your deposited money and cash winnings not tied to bonus conditions.
Wagering requirement — Total eligible stakes you must place before bonus funds (and winnings from them) convert to cash.
Contribution table — How different game types count toward wagering.
Max bet while wagering — Highest stake per spin/round until wagering is complete.
Free Spins (FS) — Spins on specified slots at a fixed value per spin.
Cashback — Percentage of net losses for a defined period, paid as cash or bonus.
Irregular play — Activity designed to clear wagering without real risk or to exploit rules.
Targeted offer — Promotion sent to a defined group based on objective criteria (e.g., product usage), not available to all players.

2) Eligibility & opt‑in

2.1 Who may participate. Only verified account holders aged 18+, physically located in the Netherlands, not self‑excluded or listed in CRUKS.
2.2 One per person/household. Unless stated otherwise, a promotion is limited to one per person, household, address, IP, device, or payment method.
2.3 Opt‑in/claim. Some offers require an opt‑in or code; if you do not opt in before depositing or playing, the offer will not apply.
2.4 Right to refuse. We may decline participation where eligibility is not met, where risk controls require it, or where past misuse is recorded.
2.5 Marketing preferences. You can opt out of marketing at any time; transactional messages about active bonuses may still be sent.

3) Bonus wallet & order of play

3.1 Separate balances. We show cash and bonus balances distinctly in the cashier.
3.2 Default order. Unless specific Promotion Terms say otherwise, bets use cash first, then bonus. Winnings from cash bets are cash; winnings from bonus bets are bonus until conditions are met.
3.3 Locked deposit variants. Some offers “lock” your deposit together with the bonus (e.g., deposit + bonus must be wagered). If so, it is stated clearly before you accept.
3.4 Stacking. Only one active wagering bonus at a time unless the offer explicitly allows stacking. FS can run alongside a wagering bonus.
3.5 Balance priority view. Your cashier shows which balance is in use and a progress bar for any wagering requirement.

4) Wagering requirements

4.1 How it is calculated. If an offer reads 25× bonus, you must place eligible stakes totalling 25 times the bonus. If it reads 25× (bonus + deposit), the combined amount applies.
4.2 Contribution table (default). Unless Promotion Terms set a different table:

Slots: 100% of stake counts
Table & live casino: 10% of stake counts
Excluded/0% games: listed on the offer page or in the in‑game list
We may update the excluded list to prevent abuse; the live list on the offer page controls.
4.3 Minimum stake. Bets below €0.10 (or below the game minimum) may not count.
4.4 Time limits. Complete wagering within the period shown (e.g., 30 days). Unused bonus and linked winnings expire at the deadline.
4.5 Real‑money wins during wagering. Winnings generated from cash stakes during an active wagering bonus remain cash and can be withdrawn (subject to Section 9). Cancelling an active bonus may remove bonus funds and bonus‑derived winnings.

5) Max bet & restricted features while wagering

5.1 Max per spin/round. While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum stake is the lower of €5 or 5% of the initial bonus value, unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Feature purchases & jackpots. Feature buys, bonus purchases, and progressive jackpot bets are excluded from wagering unless explicitly permitted.
5.3 Autoplay & variance control. Autoplay must respect the max bet. Using features to artificially reduce variance may be treated as irregular play (Section 8).

6) Free Spins (FS)

6.1 Credit & expiry. FS are issued on named slots at a set denomination and expire after 7 days unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Winnings. FS winnings are credited as bonus funds with a stated wagering requirement (e.g., 20×), unless the offer says “FS winnings paid as cash.”
6.3 Technical limits. You cannot change the spin value above the issued denomination for FS rounds.

7) Cashback

7.1 Calculation. Cashback equals the specified percentage of net losses (stakes minus wins) for the promotion window.
7.2 Form. Credited as cash (no wagering) or bonus (with wagering) as stated.
7.3 Caps & exclusions. Offers may cap the amount (e.g., up to €100) and may exclude bets placed with bonus funds.
7.4 Timing. We aim to credit on the date shown; account checks may delay payment.

8) Irregular play & abuse prevention

8.1 Principle. Promotions are for entertainment, not risk‑free extraction. We act when behaviour aims to bypass intent.
8.2 Signals (non‑exhaustive).

Hedging opposite outcomes to neutralise risk
Cycling stakes through low‑contribution/excluded games
One or few large bets after building balance with small bets while wagering is active
Collusion or value transfer between accounts
Multiple accounts/devices/payment methods to access the same offer
Exploiting glitches, latency, or known malfunctions
VPN/remote desktop to bypass location controls
8.3 Actions. We may warn, remove bonuses and related winnings, adjust balances to the last fair state, limit accounts, suspend, close, and/or report misconduct where required. Decisions consider intent, history, and impact.

9) Withdrawals while a bonus is active

9.1 General rule. You may request withdrawal of your cash balance at any time. If a wagering bonus is active, we may remove the bonus and bonus‑derived winnings when you withdraw before completing conditions.
9.2 Pay‑to‑source. We pay out to the original funding method where possible and apply verification checks per the Payments and AML/KYC Policies.
9.3 Pending checks. Withdrawals can be paused while we complete required reviews.

10) Tournaments, missions & prize mechanics

10.1 Eligibility. Only real‑money bets placed according to game rules and this Policy count.
10.2 Scoring. Event pages show tie‑breakers, prize splits, and score rules. We may adjust for errors or abuse.
10.3 Prizes. May be cash, bonus funds, FS, or physical items. Delivery and tax notes appear on the event page.

11) Loyalty & VIP

11.1 Discretion. Loyalty levels, point accrual, exchange rates, and VIP perks are discretionary and may change.
11.2 Responsible play first. We may pause VIP benefits during affordability/AML reviews or where harm indicators are present.

12) Transparency & communications

12.1 Key terms up front. Each offer card and inbox message surfaces key conditions: wagering, contribution, max bet, expiry, notable exclusions.
12.2 Real‑time tracking. The cashier shows progress bars, expiry clocks, and balance order.
12.3 Clear language. We avoid jargon and provide worked examples (Section 15).

13) Errors, changes & availability

13.1 Obvious errors. If an offer displays a clear mistake (e.g., incorrect multiplier or unlimited cashback), we may correct or cancel the offer. A reasonable person would recognise it as an error.
13.2 Change/withdrawal. We may change or withdraw an offer for legal, technical, or fairness reasons. Benefits already earned under published terms are honoured unless irregular play or breach applies.
13.3 Targeting. Some offers are time‑limited, inventory‑limited, or targeted by criteria; availability is not guaranteed.

14) Disputes & complaints

14.1 Contact support first. Provide your username, screenshots, timestamps, and transaction IDs.
14.2 Escalation. If unsatisfied, request a review by our complaints team.
14.3 ADR/courts. You can escalate to our ADR provider after our final response and retain rights before Dutch courts per the T&Cs.

15) Worked examples

A. Matched deposit: 100% up to €100; 25× bonus; max bet €5
Deposit €60 → Bonus €60 → Wagering target €1,500 (25 × 60). You stake €1,200 on eligible slots (100%) and €300 on live roulette (10% = €30). Total counted = €1,230 → Remaining = €270.

B. Free Spins 50; winnings as bonus; 20× wagering
FS win total = €12 → Wagering target €240. After qualifying stakes reach €240, remaining bonus converts to cash.

C. Weekly cashback 10% up to €100 (as cash)
Net losses over Mon–Sun = €50 → Cashback €5, no wagering.

16) Compliance & responsible play

16.1 Legal checks. Eligibility, payment ownership, AML/Wwft, sanctions screening, and affordability reviews apply and may impact promotional access.
16.2 Duty of care. We can pause or remove promotions if we believe they would worsen gambling‑related harm.
16.3 CRUKS/self‑exclusion. Promotions are disabled for these users; active bonuses are cancelled when exclusion starts.

17) Data & privacy

We process promotion data under our Privacy Policy and minimise personal data in targeting. Profiling and automated decisions related to promotions are explained there; you can request human review for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

18) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy for legal, operational, or fairness reasons. We post the new version with the effective date and notify where changes are material to active offers.

19) Quick checklist (players)

Review wagering, contribution, max bet, expiry before you accept.
Keep stakes within the max bet while wagering is active.
Track progress in the cashier and watch the countdown.
Avoid irregular play; ask Support if unsure.
Use limits, time‑outs, or self‑exclusion if you need a break.
